रेशमी पी० जी० कालेज का संचालन रामचंद्र फाउंडेशन ट्रस्ट द्वारा किया जा रहा है। रेशमी पी० जी० कालेज की स्थापना वर्ष 2016 में एनसीटीई द्वारा अनुमोदित और शिक्षकों के रूप में आने वाली पीढ़ी के प्रशिक्षण और शिक्षा के लिए वीर बहादुर सिंह पूर्वांचल विश्वविद्यालय, जौनपुर से संबद्ध है। ट्रस्ट एक संस्थान, शिक्षक शिक्षा केंद्र, तकनीकी और सूचना विज्ञान संस्थान चलाता है जो पदोन्नति, विकास के लिए समर्पित है। इसकी दृष्टि पेशेवरों की एक नई नस्ल बनाने के लिए एक अत्यधिक प्रभावी और गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा प्रदान करना है जो उनके लिए एक उज्ज्वल कैरियर के अवसरों से भरी उभरती वैश्वीकरण प्रक्रिया की चुनौतियों का अनुभव करना संभव बनाएगी।

• Publication of calendar of events and conduct of classes, examinations   and all other activities strictly as per the calendar.
• Review of academic programmes from time to time.
• Starting and conducting new academic programmes in thrust areas.
